The call for applications for scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at the University of Luxembourg, in Luxembourg, for the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026 is open.

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, the call for applications for scholarships for mobility for students of the University of Tirana to the University of Luxembourg, for the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026, has been opened.

Scholarships include:

– Monthly allowance (900 EUR per month for students);

– Travel costs (275 EUR);

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

Documents required for application for students:

– CV (in EN/FR/DE/LU language);

– Passport copy;

– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into EN/FR/DE/LU, depending on the study program);

– Bachelor's degree (for master's students);

– List of bachelor's level + master's level grades (for master's students), (in Albanian and officially translated into EN/FR/DE/LU, depending on the study program);

– Motivation Letter in EN/FR/DE/LU, depending on the study program;

– Foreign language certificate (EN/FR/DE/LU, level B2 depending on the study program);

-*Learning Agreement (minimum 25 ECTS);

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects of Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

ATTENTION: You must choose to perform at the University of Luxembourg courses similar to those you would take in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected courses differ from those you would take in your faculty in the second semester, then when you return you must take the courses that do not fit at the University of Tirana.

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and finally in the Rectors by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.

If the student makes changes "During mobility", this part of the document must be signed by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and finally at the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
