The call for applications for scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at the University of Poitiers, in France, is open for the second semester of the year academic year 2023 – 2024.
Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, the call for applications for scholarships for mobility for students of the University of Tirana to the University of Poitiers, for the second semester of the academic year 2023-2024, has been opened.

Types of mobility include:
- Student exchange for studies;
Duration of scholarships:
– Bachelor (1 semester);
– Master (1 semester).
Mobility will take place in French, so students must be familiar with this language at the B2 level.

Scholarships include:
– Monthly allowance (850 EUR per month for students);
– Travel costs (275 EUR);
Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.
Documents required for application for the Bachelor's level:
– CV;
– Passport copy;
– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into French);
– Grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into French);
– Letter of motivation (in French);
– French language certificate (B2)
– Learning Agreement document*
*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the Mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects from Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.
ATTENTION: You must select to commit to university of Poitiers the same courses as those you would take in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected courses differ from those you would develop in your faculty in the second semester, then when you return you must develop the courses that do not fit in the University of Tirana.
The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and finally in the Rectors by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.

- Bachelor's grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into French);
