The call for applications for scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz, in Germany, for the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025 is open.

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at the Koblenz University of Applied Sciences has been opened, for the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025.

Types of mobility include:

 

- Student exchange for studies, internship;

Duration of scholarships:

 

– Bachelor (1 semester);

– Master (1 semester).

Fields of study:

  • Economic Informatics;
  • Business administration;
  • foreign language;

Students who apply for Internship must, in addition to the internship (10 ECTS), also complete academic courses to fulfill 30 ECTS.

Scholarships include:

– Monthly allowance (850 EUR per month for students);

– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

Documents required for application for the Bachelor's level: 

– CV;

– Passport copy;

– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English/German);

– Grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English/German);

– Letter of motivation (in English/German depending on the language in which the study program is conducted);

– Foreign language certificate (English or German language depending on the language in which the study program takes place)

 

– Learning Agreement document* (students must complete a minimum of 30 ECTS and at UT a minimum of 20 ECTS must be recognized)

 

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the Mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects from Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

 

ATTENTION: You must select to commit to university of Applied Sciences Koblenz the same courses as those you would take in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected courses differ from those you would develop in your faculty in the second semester, then when you return you must develop the courses that do not fit in the University of Tirana.

 

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and finally in the Rectors by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.

 

If the student makes changes "During mobility", this part of the document must be signed by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and finally at the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

-Motivation letter in English/German depending on the study program;
