The call for applications for scholarships for students of the University of Tirana is open at the University Sivas Cumhuriyet, in Turkey, for the second semester of the academic year 2023 – 2024. Application deadline November 01 – November 19, 2023, 23:59 (Turkish time)

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at Sivas Cumhuriyet University, for the second semester of the academic year 2023-2024, has been opened.Notice in pdf format)

Duration of scholarships:

- Mobility for Bachelor / Master studies (5 months, February 15 - July 15, 2024);

Fields of study:

Students who know the Turkish language can choose courses from all faculties of the host university, according to the link:

English language courses are offered in the "English Language Teaching and English Language and Literature" Department.

Scholarships include:

– Monthly allowance (800 EUR per month for students);

– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

Documents required for application for the Bachelor's level: 

– CV (in English / Turkish);

– Passport copy;

– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Turkish);

– Grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Turkish);

– Letter of motivation (in English / Turkish);

– Foreign language certificate;

During the application, all students must submit a foreign language test result obtained by EU Academy. The test will take place online through the link provided in the call within 40-50 minutes and will make up 25% of the final language score. Any other exam results or certificates will not be accepted.

– Learning Agreement document*

 

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the Mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects from Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

 

ATTENTION: You must select to commit to university host the same courses as those you would take in the first semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected subjects differ from those you would develop in your faculty the first semester, then when you return you must develop the subjects that do not fit in the University of Tirana.

 

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and finally in the Rectors by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.

 

If the student makes changes "During mobility", this part of the document must be signed by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and finally at the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.
