The call for applications for training scholarships at the Kodolanyi Janos University in Hungary, for full-time staff of the University of Tirana for the second semester of the academic year 2020-2021, is open.

The call for applications for training scholarships at the Kodolanyi Janos University in Hungary, for full-time staff of the University of Tirana for the second semester of the academic year 2020-2021, is open.

 

Within the Erasmus + Program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for training for the full-time staff of the University of Tirana has been opened.

Types of mobility:

- The exchange of academic assistant staff with an administrative/administrative character for training;

Duration:

– 5 days + 2 travel days (mobility must be completed by July 31, 2021);

 

Scholarships include:

-Daily compensation for staff (140 EUR per day);

-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for application:

– CV (in English);

– Passport copy;

– Letter of motivation (in English);

– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);

– Foreign language certificate;

-Self-declaration if you have been declared a winner or have done an Erasmus+ exchange scholarship before (if yes, where)

– Mobility plan for training*;

*The Training Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the training period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person at the Rectors, who is the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

 

Deadline for application: June 21, 2021

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
