The call for applications for training scholarships at the University of St. Cyril and St. Methodius in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria, for the full-time staff of the University of Tirana to participate in the International Week.

 

Within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for training has been opened for the full-time staff of the University of Tirana to participate in the "Staff Week" activity that this university will organize on June 21-25, 2021. .

Types of mobility:

 

- Staff exchange for training;

 

Staff who can apply:

 

- IRO officers;

 

Duration:

 

– 5 days + 2 travel days (dates 21 - 25 June 2021);

 

Scholarships include:

 

-Daily compensation for staff (140 EUR per day);

-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for application:

 

– CV (in English);

– Passport copy;

– Letter of motivation (in English);

– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);

– Foreign language certificate;

-Self-declaration on whether you have been awarded or have completed an Erasmus+ exchange scholarship before (if yes, where)

– Mobility plan for training*;

*The Training Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the training period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person at the Rectors, who is the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

 

Deadline for application: June 15, 2021

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
