Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, a call for applications for mobility scholarships for full-time academic staff of the University of Tirana to Masaryk University, Czech Republic, for the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026 is open.
Types of mobility include:
– Exchange of full-time academic staff for teaching;

-Daily compensation;
-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time academic staff application:
– CV + List of publications, in English;
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English);
– Employment certificate;
– Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed Erasmus+ mobilities (if so, where, specifying the universities and the period for each mobility);
– Teaching mobility plan;

The Mobility Plan is a document that specifies your proposed program to be carried out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant at the time of application and then at the Rectorate.
Deadline for application: 30 September 2025
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
