Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships has been opened for the full-time academic staff of the University of Tirana at the University of Technology in Bialystok, Poland, for participation in their Training Week on May 18-22, 2026. in which lectures, seminars and social activities will be organized.

– Exchange of full-time academic staff for teaching;

-Daily compensation (140 EUR for staff);
-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)
*Participation in the Staff Week activity has a fee of 150 Euros.

Documents required for full-time academic staff application:
– CV + List of publications (in English);
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English);
– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);
– Foreign language certificate;
– Proof of whether or not you have previously completed an Erasmus+ mobility (if so, where, specifying the dates of the mobility and for each university where you have completed an exchange);

The Teaching Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program that you will undertake during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant at the time of application and then by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.
Deadline for application: February 11, 2026, 10:00 AM.
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
