Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships has been opened for the full-time academic staff of the University of Tirana at the University of Technology in Bialystok, Poland, for participation in their Training Week on December 12-16, 2022. in which lectures, seminars and social activities will be organized.

Types of mobility include:

 

– Exchange of full-time academic staff for teaching;

Duration:

– 5 + 2 days;

Fields of exchange:

– Information and Communication Technology;

– Mathematics (Applied Mathematics);

– Environmental engineering;

– Business Administration;

– Chemistry and its sciences;

Scholarships include:

 

-Daily compensation (140 EUR for staff);

-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

*Participation in the Staff Week activity has a fee of 100 Euros.

Documents required for full-time academic staff application:

 

– CV + List of publications (in English);

– Passport copy;

– Letter of motivation (in English);

– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);

– Foreign language certificate;

– Proof of whether or not you have previously completed an Erasmus+ mobility (if yes, where);

– Mobility plan for teaching;

The Teaching Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program that you will undertake during the teaching period. This document is signed by the applicant at the time of application and then by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.
