Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, a call for applications for teaching scholarships for full-time academic staff of the University of Tirana at the University of Twente, in the Netherlands, for the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026 is open.
Types of mobility include:
- Exchange of full-time academic staff for teaching;
Exchange field:
- Economy;
Teaching topic: Master Course “Cross-Cultural Behaviour”.
In addition to their teaching activities, the lecturer is also expected to participate as a guest lecturer, without additional compensation, in courses or other activities where international expertise can be shared with faculty, staff, students and/or the community.
Period:
- 04.03.2026 - 14.03.2026;
Scholarships include:
– Daily allowance;
– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

– Proposed course outline for the cited course (by topic).
