The call for applications is open for full-time academic staff of the University of Tirana at the Vytautas Magnus University, in Lithuania, for the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025, to participate in the "International Week" that this university will organize in dates 05-09 May 2025.
Types of mobility include:
- Exchange of full-time academic staff for teaching/training;

Duration:
– 5 + 2 days;
Scholarships include:
– Daily compensation (140 Euro/day);
– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time academic staff application:
– CV + List of publications (in English);
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English);
– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);
– Self-declaration whether or not you have previously carried out Erasmus+ mobility (if yes, where, citing the universities where you carried out mobility and the period for each);
– Mobility plan for teaching / training;

The Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant at the time of application and then by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail address iro@unitir.edu.al.
