The call for applications for full-time academic staff of the University of Tirana is open at the University West Attica, Greece, to participate in the "International Staff Week" activity that they will organize on November 18-22, 2024.
Within the Erasmus+ program it has been opened call for applications for mobility scholarships for full-time academic staff of the University of Tirana at the University West Attica, Greece, for participation in their Training Week on November 18-22, 2024, with the theme "Applied Practices of Inclusion and Equity in Education".
Types of mobility include:
– Exchange of full-time academic staff for teaching and training;
Duration:
– 5 + 2 days;
Scholarships include:
-Daily compensation (160 EUR for staff);
-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time staff application:
– CV + List of publications (in English / Greek);
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English / Greek);
– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);
– Foreign language certificate;
– Verification of whether or not you have previously completed an Erasmus+ mobility (if yes, where, specifying the periods and universities for each mobility);
– Mobility plan for teaching;

The Teaching Mobility Plan is a document in which you must specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the teaching period, proposing topics similar to the theme of the Staff Week activity. This document is signed by the applicant at the time of application and then by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.
Deadline for application: June 05 2024
The documents must be submitted by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must are sent to scanned in EBay Feedback iro@unitir.edu.al.
