The call for applications for full-time staff at the University of Tirana is open. Kauno Kolegija, Lithuania, for participation in International Staff Week, on 13 – 17 April 2026, with the theme “Connecting Minds, Empowering Futures: Data, Diversity, and a Digital Europe”.

Types of mobility include:

 

- Exchange of full-time academic staff for training;

 

Exchange field:

 

• English language;

 

Duration of scholarships:

 

– 5 days + 2 travel days;

 

Scholarships include:

 

-Compensation for staff (160 EUR per day for staff);

-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for application for academic staff:

 

– CV + List of publications (in English);

– Passport copy;

– Letter of motivation (in English);

– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);

– Foreign language certificate;

– Self-declaration (whether or not you have previously completed Erasmus+ mobility, specifying the universities and specific periods of previous mobilities);

– Mobility plan for training;

The Training Mobility Plan is a document in which your proposed programme to be carried out during the training period must be specified. This document is signed by the applicant and the responsible person at the Rectorate, who is the Institutional Erasmus+ Coordinator.
