The call for applications is open for full-time staff of the University of Tirana at the Šiauliai University of Applied Sciences, Lithuania, to participate in International Staff Week, on 13 - 17 April 2026.

The call for applications for full-time staff of the University of Tirana at Šiauliai University of Applied Sciences, Lithuania, is open. for participation in International Staff Week, April 13 - 17, 2026.

Types of mobility:

 

– Exchange of full-time academic staff for teaching;

– Exchange of academic assistant staff with an administrative/administrative character for training;

 

Exchange areas (for academic staff):

 

  • Social work;
  • Business Administration;
  • Information and communication technology.

 

Duration of scholarships:

 

– 5 days + 2 travel days;

 

Scholarships include:

 

-Compensation for staff (140 EUR per day for staff);

-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for application:

 

– CV + List of publications, for academic staff (in English);

– Passport copy;

– Letter of motivation (in English);

– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);

– Foreign language certificate;

– Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed Erasmus+ mobility (if yes, where, citing the universities and periods for each mobility completed);

 

– Mobility plan for teaching / training*;

*The Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person at the Rectors, who is the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

Deadline for application: March 06, 2026, 10:00 a.m.

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
