Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships has been opened for the full-time staff of the University of Tirana in Kütahya Dumlup?nar University, Turkey, for participation in their International Week, with the theme "Digitalization and EU Funding Projects" , on May 06 - 10, 2024.
Types of mobility include:
– Exchange of full-time staff for training;

- 5 days;

Scholarships include:
-Daily compensation (140 EUR for staff);
-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time staff application:
– CV + List of publications (for academic staff), in English / Turkish;
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English / Turkish);
– Employment certificate (in Albanian and translated into English / Turkish);
– Foreign language certificate;
– Verification of whether or not you have previously completed Erasmus+ mobilities (if yes, where, specifying the universities and the period for each mobility);

The Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant at the time of application and then by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.
Deadline for application: 18 March 2024
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
