Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships has been opened for full-time staff of the University of Tirana in Sivas Cumhuriyet University, Turkey, for participation in their International Week on May 20 - 24, 2024.

– Exchange of full-time staff for teaching/training;

-Daily compensation (140 EUR for staff);
-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time staff application:
– CV + List of publications (for academic staff), in English / Turkish;
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English / Turkish);
– Employment certificate (in Albanian and translated into English / Turkish);
– Foreign language certificate;
– Verification of whether or not you have previously completed Erasmus+ mobilities (if yes, where, specifying the universities and the period for each mobility);

The Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant at the time of application and then by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.
