The call for applications is open for students of the University of Tirana at Charles University, in the Czech Republic, within the Erasmus + program, for the second semester of the academic year 2020-2021

 

Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at Charles University, in the Czech Republic, for the second semester of the academic year 2020-2021 has been opened.

Types of mobility include:

– Exchange of students for the research of the subject of the diploma;

Mobility levels for students:

– Bachelor;

– Masters;

Scholarship duration for students:

– Bachelor (3 months);

– Master (3 months).

Fields of study:

  • Political Science;
  • Social Sciences;
  • International Relations;
  • European Studies;

Scholarships include:

– Monthly allowance (800 EUR per month for students);

– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

Documents required for application for Bachelor level students:

-CV (in English);

-Copy of Passport;

-Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English);

- Grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English);

-Motivation letter in English;

- Foreign language certificate (English B2);

-Preliminary acceptance letter from the host university;

- The research plan for the subject of the diploma;

-*Learning Agreement;

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects of Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

ATTENTION: You must choose to perform at the University Charles research topic the same as you will carry out in your faculty, this so that the research topic will be known to you when you return.

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +. If the student changes courses during mobility, the During mobility section must be signed by the person in charge at the faculty and then by the person in charge at the Rectors.

Application deadline: January 21, 2021.

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, the Department of External Relations and Students, the Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
