The call for applications is open for students of the University of Tirana at the University of Maribor, in Slovenia, within the Erasmus + Program, for the second semester of the academic year 2019-2020

Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, the call for applications for scholarships for mobility for students of the University of Tirana to the University of Maribor, in Slovenia, for the second semester of the academic year 2018-2019 has been opened.

Types of mobility include:

- Student exchange for studies;

Mobility levels for students:

– Bachelor;

– Masters;

Duration of scholarships:

– Bachelor (4 months);

– Master (4 months);

Scholarships include:

– Monthly allowance (800 EUR per month for students);

– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

-Copy of Passport;

-Student certificate (officially translated into English);

- Grade list (officially translated into English);

-Motivation letter in English;

- Foreign language certificate (English B1), the format of which you can find in the link: http://www.um.si/en/international/credit-mobility/Pages/Application-procedure.aspx (attachment 1);

- Declaration signed by the applicant on residence, birth and citizenship, the format of which you can find in the link: http://www.um.si/en/international/credit-mobility/Pages/Application-procedure.aspx (attachment 3);

-Declaration signed by the applicant on mobilities already completed, the format of which you can find in the link: http://www.um.si/en/international/credit-mobility/Pages/Application-procedure.aspx (attachment 2);

-*Learning Agreement;

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects of Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

ATTENTION: You must choose to perform at the University of Maribor, the same courses as those you would complete in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected courses differ from those you would develop in your faculty in the second semester, then when you return you must develop the courses that do not fit in the University of Tirana.

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

Deadline for application: 17 October 2019
