The call for applications for students of the University of Tirana is open at the University Saarland, in Germany, within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, for participation in the Summer School.

Within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, a call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at Saarland University, Germany, for participation in the Summer School, on the topic: "Decarbonisation of industry and energy supply through hydrogen - opportunities and risks of the green transformation", which will be implemented in the form of a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP).

Mobility levels for students:

 

– Bachelor;

– Masters;

- PhD

Documents required for application for students:

– CV (in English / German);

– Passport copy;

- Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into the language that will be followed the exchange program);

– List of grades (in Albanian and officially translated into the language in which the exchange program will be followed); (for master / PhD students, the list of grades from previous levels of study must also be attached);

- Letter of Motivation, in the language that will be followed the exchange program;

– Foreign language certificate (depending on the study program at Saarland University);

 

-*Learning Agreement (3 ECTS);

* Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will study at the host university. You only need to complete the first section "Before the mobility". Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects of Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

The ''Learning Agreement'' document in the ''Commitment'' section is signed initially by the applicant, by the academic coordinator at the department level, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then at the Rectorate by the Erasmus + Institutional Coordinator.

Deadline for application:  May 12, 2026, 10:00 AM.

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and they must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
