The call for applications is open for students of the University of Tirana at Tuscia University, in Italy, within the Erasmus + program, for the second semester of the academic year 2019-2020.

 

Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, the call for applications for exchange scholarships for studies for students of the University of Tirana at Tuscia University, in Italy for the second semester of the academic year 2019-2020 has been opened. (Click here)

Types of mobility include:

- Student exchange for studies;

 

Mobility levels for students:

– Bachelor;
– Masters;

Duration of scholarships:

– Bachelor (1 semester);
– Master (1 semester);

Scholarships include: 

– Monthly allowance (850 EUR per month for students);
– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

 

– Documents required for application for Bachelor level students:

-CV (in Italian); 
-Copy of Passport;
-Student certificate;
- Grade list (officially translated into Italian);
-Motivation letter in Italian;
-Certificate of foreign language (Italian B1);
-*Learning Agreement;

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects of Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period. 


ATTENTION: You must choose to complete at Tuscia University the same courses as those you would complete in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected courses differ from those you would develop in your faculty in the second semester, then when you return you must develop the courses that do not fit in the University of Tirana.

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +. If the student changes courses during mobility, the During mobility section must be signed by the person in charge at the faculty and then by the person in charge at the Rectors.

- Grade list and Bachelor's degree (officially translated into English/Italian depending on the study program);

- Foreign language certificate (English B1/Italian B1);

Application deadline: 23 December 2019

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Directorate of External Relations and Students, Sector of External Relations from Monday to Thursday 10:30 - 11:30 and 14:30 - 16:00, as well as to be sent scanned to e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
