Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at L'École des Mines d'Alès, in France, for the second semester for the academic year 2022-2023 has been opened.

- Student exchange for studies;

– Masters;
– Ph.D.;
Duration of scholarships:
– 1 semester;
Fields of study:
– Master of Science in Mathematical and Computer Engineering;
– Ph.D.: Natural Sciences, subfield: Applied Mathematics;

Scholarships include:
– Monthly allowance (800 EUR per month for students);
– Travel costs (275 EUR);
Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.
Documents required for application for Master's level students:
– CV (in English / French);
– Passport copy;
– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English or French);
– Bachelor's degree;
– Bachelor's grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English or French);
– Master's grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English or French);
– Letter of Motivation in English / French;
– Foreign language certificate (English / French);

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects of Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.
ATTENTION: You must choose to perform at the host University the same courses as those you would complete in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected courses differ from those you would develop in your faculty in the second semester, then when you return you must develop the courses that do not fit in the University of Tirana.
The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

Application deadline: November 4, 2022 (for Master students) and November 18 (for Ph.D students)
The host university will also conduct an online interview, via the Zoom platform.
The documentation must be submitted by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, as well as scanned and sent to the address iro@unitir.edu.al .
