The call for applications is open for students at L'École des Mines d'Alès, in France, within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, for the academic year 2025-2026.

Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at L'École des Mines d'Alès, in France, for the academic year 2025-2026 is open. https://www.imt-mines-ales.fr/

Types of mobility include:

- Student exchange for studies;

Mobility levels for students:

– Masters;

Duration of scholarships:

– 2 semesters;

 

Fields of study:

 

– Master of Science in Mathematical and Computer Engineering;

Scholarships include:

– Monthly allowance (800 EUR per month for students);

– Travel costs (275 EUR);

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

Documents required for application for Master's level students:

– CV (in English / French);

– Passport copy;

– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English or French);

– Bachelor's degree;

– Bachelor's grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English or French);

– Master's grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English or French);

– Letter of Motivation in English / French;

– Foreign language certificate B2 (English / French);

-*Learning Agreement;

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects of Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

ATTENTION: You must choose to take the same courses at the host university as you would take at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the courses you choose differ from those you would take at your faculty, then when you return you must take the courses that do not fit at the University of Tirana.

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

Application deadline: May 16, 2025.

The documentation must be submitted in person to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Foreign Relations Sector, and scanned copies must be sent to the address iro@unitir.edu.al.
