The call for applications is open for students at the University of Caen in Normandy, France, within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, for the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.

Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, a call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at the University of Caen in Normandy, France, for the first semester of the academic year 2025-2026 is open. (Call Caen students 02.10.2024)

Types of mobility include:

- Student exchange for studies;

Mobility levels for students:

– Bachelor;

– Masters;

Duration of scholarships:

– 1 semester;

Fields of study:

– French Literature and Linguistics;

– Economy;

- Justice.

Scholarships include:

– Monthly allowance (850 EUR per month for students);

– Travel costs (275 EUR);

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

Documents required for application for Bachelor level students:

- CV (in English / French);

-Copy of Passport;

-Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English or French);

– Bachelor's grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English or French);

-Motivation letter in English / French;

-*Learning Agreement;

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects of Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

ATTENTION: You must choose to perform at the University Clermont Auvergne courses the same as those you would take in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected subjects differ from those you would develop in your faculty in the second semester, then when you return you must develop the subjects that do not fit in the University of Tirana.

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

The documentation must be submitted by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, as well as scanned and sent to the address iro@unitir.edu.al .
