The call for applications is open for students at the Complutense University of Madrid, in Spain, within the Erasmus + Program, for the first semester of the academic year 2023-2024.

Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, the call for applications for scholarships for mobility for students of the University of Tirana to the Complutense University of Madrid, in Spain, has been opened for the first semester of the academic year 2023-2024.

Types of mobility include:

- Student exchange for studies;

Mobility levels for students:

– Bachelor;

– Masters;

Duration of scholarships:

– Bachelor (1 semester);

– Master (1 semester);

* First year Bachelor students cannot apply.

 

Fields of study:

 

– Social work;

– Economy;

– Business and Management;

– Political science;

– Journalism and media;

– Trade and Tourism;

– Philosophy;

– Geography and History;

– Philology;

– Mathematics and Statistics;

Scholarships include:

– Monthly allowance (850 EUR per month for students);

– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

Documents required for application for Bachelor level students:

- CV (in English / Spanish);

-Copy of Passport;

-Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English or Spanish);

- Grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English or Spanish);

-Motivation letter in English / Spanish;

- Foreign language certificate (English B2 / Spanish);

-*Learning Agreement (minimum 24 ECTS);

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects of Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

ATTENTION: You must choose to perform at the University Complutense the same courses as you would do in the first semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected subjects differ from those you would develop in your faculty the first semester, then when you return you must develop the subjects that do not fit in the University of Tirana.

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

– Bachelor's degree;

– List of Bachelor's grades (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Spanish);

– Letter of motivation (in English or Spanish depending on the language in which the study program takes place);

– Foreign language certificate (B2 level of English or Spanish depending on the language in which the study program is conducted);

Deadline for application: May 10, 2023.

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
