The call for applications is open for students at the University of Twente, in the Netherlands, within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, for the second semester of the academic year 2026-2027.
Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, a call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at the University of Twente, in the Netherlands, for the second semester of the academic year 2026-2027 has been opened.
Types of mobility include:
- Student exchange for studies;
Mobility levels for students:
– Doctorate.
Duration of scholarships:
– 1 semester (March 17 – September 16, 2027);
Fields of study:
- Economy;
Criteria:
- The applicant must be a PhD student in Management with a deep interest in leadership in the context of a hybrid workplace;
- The applicant must have knowledge of English at least at level B2/C1 in speaking and writing;
- The applicant must have very good knowledge of traditional theories of leadership in business;
- The applicant must have a desire to learn while demonstrating high academic honesty and integrity.
Application:
Interested candidates must submit the following documents for a complete application:
- CV;
- Motivation letter;
- Two letters of recommendation;
- Research profile (maximum 3 pages): Summary of ongoing research, along with a research proposal and short-term objectives;
- Sample paper of 10 pages.
