The call for applications is open for PhD students at the University of Vienna, in Austria, within the Erasmus + program, for the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025.
Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, the call for applications for scholarships for mobility for PhD students of the University of Tirana to the University of Vienna, in Austria, for the second semester of the academic year 2023-2024 has been opened.
Types of mobility include:
– Exchange of PhD students for studies;
Mobility levels for students:
– Doctorate;
Duration of scholarships:
– 2 to 3 months;
Fields of study:
Biology and its sciences, environment.
Scholarships include:
– Monthly compensation according to the rules of the Erasmus+ Program KA171;
– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.
Documents required for application for level students PhD:
– CV (in English / German);
– Passport copy;
- Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English or German);
– List of grades of previous levels of study (in Albanian and officially translated into English or German);
– Letter of motivation in English / German;
– Foreign language certificate (English / German);

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the mobility. Table A defines the topics you will follow at the host university, table B defines how you will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period. ATTENTION: You must choose to perform at the University of Granada the same topics as those you would do in the second semester at your faculty.
The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.
