The call for scholarships within the Erasmus + KA 2 Program, for the K-force Project for the academic year 2019-2020, is open.

The University of Tirana opens the call for applications for scholarships for mobility within the Erasmus + KA2 program, for the academic staff of the UT, which deals with the management of the K-Force project. (Click here)

 

Types of mobility include:

- The exchange of staff for teaching and training, which deals with the management of the K-Force project;

 

The universities in which the mobility will be carried out;

 

-University of Novi Sad, Serbia – Mobility for Teaching (academic staff);

– University of Novi Sad, Serbia – Mobility for Training (administrative staff);

-University of Banja Luka, Bosnia-Herzegovina – Mobility for Training (administrative staff);

 

Duration of scholarships:

 

-5 days + 2 days of travel.

 

Documents required for staff application:

 

– CV+ List of publications (in English) – only for academic staff;

– Passport copy;

– Letter of motivation (in English);

– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);

– Foreign language certificate B2 (English);

– Letter of Support from the Project Coordinator;

– Mobility plan for Training (administrative staff) or Teaching (academic staff);

*The Staff Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the mobility period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person at the Rectory, who is the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

Deadline for application: January 20, 2020

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Directorate of External Relations and Students, Sector of External Relations from Monday to Thursday 10:30 - 11:30 and 14:30 - 16:00, as well as to be sent scanned to e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
