Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for academic staff is open. full time of UT for teaching, at the University of Salento, Italy, for the first semester of the 2026-2027 academic year.
Types of mobility include:
- Exchange of academic staff full time for teaching;
Duration of scholarships:
5 days + 2 travel days;
Fields:
Business and Administration;
Engineering and engineering trades (Chemical engineering and processes, Environmental protection technology).

Scholarships include:
-Daily compensation (190 EUR for staff);
-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time academic staff application:
– CV + List of publications (in English / Italian, depending on the language in which the mobility will take place);
– Passport copy;
– Motivation letter (in English / Italian depending on the language in which the mobility will take place);
– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);
– Foreign language certificate (English / Italian B2);
– Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed an Erasmus+ mobility (if so, citing the periods and university for each mobility completed);
– Mobility plan for teaching*;

*The Mobility Plan for academic staff is a document in which you must specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person at the Rectors, who is the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.
Deadline for application: June 02, 2026, 10:00 p.m.
