Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, a call for applications for mobility scholarships for full-time academic staff of the UT for training, at Saarland University, Germany, for participation in the International Staff Week on June 8-12, 2026.

Types of mobility include:
- Exchange of full-time academic staff for training;
Duration of scholarships:
- 5 days + 2 travel days;
Fields:
- Biomedicine,
- Computer Science,
- Interdisciplinary European Studies,
- Sustainability
Scholarships include:
-Daily compensation (140 EUR for staff);
-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time academic staff application:
– CV + List of publications (in English / German, depending on the language in which the mobility will take place);
– Passport copy;
– Motivation letter (in English / German depending on the language in which the mobility will take place);
– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);
– Foreign language certificate (English / German B2);
– Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed an Erasmus+ mobility (if so, citing the periods and university for each mobility completed);
– Mobility plan for training*;

*The Mobility Plan for academic staff is a document in which you must specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person at the Rectors, who is the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.
Deadline for application: May 14, 2026, 10:00 AM.
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
