The call for scholarships under the Erasmus + program at the University College of Entrepreneurship and Administration in Lublin (WSPA), Poland, for the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026 is open.

The University of Tirana opens the call for applications for mobility scholarships at the University College of Entrepreneurship and Administration in Lublin (WSPA), Poland, within the framework of the Erasmus + program, for UT students for studies, for the second semester of the academic year 2026-2026.

Types of mobility include:

 

- Student exchange for studies;

 

Mobility levels for students:

 

– Bachelor;

 

– Masters;

 

Field:

  • Finance

Duration of scholarships:

 

– 1 semester (March-June 2026);

 

Scholarships include:

 

– Monthly compensation (850 EUR per month for students);

 

– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home universities).

Students benefiting from Erasmus + mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

Documents required for application for Bachelor level students:

– CV (in English);

– Passport copy;

– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English);

– Grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English);

– Letter of Motivation (in English);

- Foreign language certificate (English B2);

-*Learning Agreement;

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the Mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects from Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

ATTENTION: You must choose to perform at the University WSPA courses that are the same as those you would take in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the courses you selected differ from those you would take in your faculty in the second semester, then when you return you must take/attend the courses that do not fit at the University of Tirana.

 

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and finally in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

If the student makes changes during mobility, the Learning Agreement document must be signed in the same way as the initial Learning Agreement.

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
