The call for scholarships under the Erasmus + program at the University of Ljubljana, in Slovenia, for the academic year 2024-2025 is open.
The University of Tirana has opened the call for applications for scholarships for mobility in University of Ljubljana, Slovenia within the Erasmus + program, for students, for academic year 2024-2025.
Types of mobility include:
- Student exchange for studies;
Mobility levels for students:
- Master;
- PhD;
Duration of scholarships:
- 1 or 2 semesters;
Fields of study:
- Social and cultural studies (anthropology);

Scholarships include:
- Monthly compensation (800 EUR per month for students);
- Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home universities);

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.
Documents required for application for level students Bachelor:
-CV (in English);
-Copy of Passport;
-Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English);
- Grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English);
-Motivation letter in English;
-Certificate of foreign language;
-*Learning Agreement;
*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the Mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects from Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.
ATTENTION: You must choose to perform at the University host the same courses as those you would complete in your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected subjects differ from the ones you would develop in your faculty when you return, you must develop the subjects that do not fit in the University of Tirana.
The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and finally in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.
If the student makes changes during mobility, the Learning Agreement document must be signed in the same way as the initial Learning Agreement.

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and they must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
