Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, a call for applications for mobility scholarships for full-time UT staff for teaching at La Sapienza University in Italy, for the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026, is open.

– Exchange of full-time academic staff for teaching;

Duration of scholarships:

 

– 5 + 2 days;

 

Scholarships include:

 

-Daily compensation (160 Eur / day);

-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time academic staff application:

 

– CV + List of publications (in English / Italian);

– Passport copy;

– Letter of motivation (in English / Italian);

– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);

– English/Italian language certificate B2;

– Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed an Erasmus+ mobility (if yes, where, specifying the mobility carried out, the name of the university and the exchange period);

– Preliminary invitation letter from a lecturer at the host university;

– Mobility plan;

*The Staff Mobility Plan is a document that specifies your proposed programme to be carried out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant and the responsible person at the Rectorate, who is the Institutional Erasmus+ Coordinator.

Deadline for application: October 06, 2025.

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
