Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for full-time UT staff for training at the Petroleum-Gas University in Ploiesti, Romania, for training, in the second semester of the academic year 2022 - 2023, has been opened. .

Types of mobility include:

– Exchange of full-time personnel for training;

* Mobility must be completed by June 29, 2023.

 

Duration of scholarships:

 

– 5 + 2 days;

 

Scholarships include:

 

-Daily compensation (140 Eur / day);

-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for application for full-time staff for training:

 

– CV + List of publications (for academic staff), (in English);

– Passport copy;

– Letter of motivation (in English);

– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);

– Foreign language certificate;

– Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed an Erasmus+ mobility (if yes, where, specifying the mobility carried out, the name of the university and the exchange period);

– Mobility plan for training;

*The Mobility Plan for personnel is a document in which you must specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person in the Rectors, who is the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.
