Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for full-time UT staff for teaching/training at the Dunarea De Jos University Galati, Romania, for the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025 is open.

– Exchange of full-time staff for teaching/training;

– History and Archaeology;
– English language;
– Economics;
– Political science;
– Sociology and cultural studies;
– Business administration;
– Justice;

Duration of scholarships:
– 5 + 2 days (mobility must be completed within June 2025);
Scholarships include:
-Daily compensation (140 Eur / day);
-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time academic staff application:
– CV + List of publications (in English);
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English);
– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);
– English language certificate B2;
– Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed an Erasmus+ mobility (if yes, where, specifying the mobility carried out, the name of the university and the exchange period);
– Mobility plan;

*The Staff Mobility Plan is a document that specifies your proposed programme to be carried out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant and the responsible person at the Rectorate, who is the Institutional Erasmus+ Coordinator.
Application deadline: April 25, 2025.
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail address iro@unitir.edu.al.
