Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships has been opened for full-time UT staff for training at Dunarea De Jos University Galati, Romania, to participate in the International Week in the period June - July 2023.
Types of mobility include:
– Exchange of full-time personnel for training;
Duration of scholarships:
– 5 + 2 days;
Scholarships include:
-Daily compensation (140 Eur / day);
-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for application for full-time academic staff for training:
– CV + List of publications (for academic staff), (in English);
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English);
– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);
– Foreign language certificate;
– Self-declaration whether or not you have previously completed an Erasmus+ mobility (if yes, where, specifying the mobility carried out, the name of the university and the exchange period);
– Mobility plan for training;

*The Mobility Plan for personnel is a document in which you must specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person in the Rectors, who is the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.
Deadline for application: April 20, 2023, 10:00 p.m.
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
