Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for the full-time academic staff of the UT for teaching at the Democritius University of Thrace, for the period 25-29 September 2023, has been opened.
Types of mobility include:
– Exchange of full-time academic staff for teaching;
Teaching areas:
- Greek language (blended intensive program);
Virtual component 21.09.2023, 03-04.10.2023.
Physical component 25.09.2023 – 29.09.2023.
Duration of scholarships:
– 5 + 2 days;
Scholarships include:
-Daily compensation (160 Euro/day);
-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time academic staff application:
– CV (in English/Greek);
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English / Greek);
– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);
– Self-declaration whether or not you have previously carried out Erasmus+ mobility (if yes, where, citing the universities where you carried out mobility and the period for each);
– Letter of invitation from the host university;
– Mobility plan for teaching;

The Teaching Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program that you will undertake during the teaching period. This document is signed by the applicant at the time of application and then by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.
Deadline for application: 06 September 2023
The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
