The call for scholarships under the Erasmus + program for full-time academic staff of the University of Tirana at the Silesian University of Technology, Poland, for the second academic semester 2022-2023 is open.

Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, the call for applications for mobility grants for full-time UT academic staff for teaching at the Silesian University of Technology, Poland, for the second semester of the academic year 2022-2023 has been opened. Staff can participate in the "International Staff Week" activity on June 12-16, 2023.

Types of mobility include:

– Exchange of academic staff for teaching;

 

Duration of scholarships:

 

– 5 days + 2 travel days;

 

Teaching areas:

 

– Computer science;

– Chemistry;

– Environmental engineering;

– Applied mathematics;

– Physics;

 

Scholarships include:

 

-Daily compensation (140 EUR for academic staff);

-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for application for full-time teaching academic staff:

 

– CV+ List of publications (in English);

– Passport copy;

– Letter of motivation (in English);

– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);

– Foreign language certificate (English B2);

– Proof of whether or not you have previously completed an Erasmus+ mobility (if yes, you must specify the mobility carried out citing the host universities and the period of each of them);

– Preliminary invitation letter;

*The Mobility Plan for academic staff is a document in which you must specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person at the Rectors, who is the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

 

Deadline for application:  16 March 2023

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
