The call for scholarships within the Erasmus + program for full-time academic staff of the University of Tirana is open Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava, Romania, for the second semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.

Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, a call for applications for mobility scholarships for full-time academic staff of the UT for teaching and training at the Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava, Romania, for participation in the International Staff Week, on June 2 - 6, 2026.

Types of mobility include:

– Full-time academic staff exchange for teaching/training;

 

Duration of scholarships:

 

– 5 days + 2 travel days;

 

Fields:

– Foreign language;

Scholarships include:

 

-Daily compensation (140 EUR for academic staff);

-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for application for full-time academic staff for teaching/training:

 

– CV + List of publications (in English);

– Passport copy;

– Letter of motivation (in English);

– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);

– Foreign language certificate;

– Proof of whether or not you have previously completed an Erasmus+ mobility (if so, quote the period and name of the university for each mobility completed);

– Mobility plan for teaching*;

*The Mobility Plan for academic staff is a document in which you must specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person at the Rectors, who is the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

 

Deadline for application: May 04, 2026, 10:00 AM.

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
