Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships has been opened for full-time UT staff for training at Yildiz Technical University, to participate in the International Week on October 10-14, 2022.

Types of mobility include:

– Exchange of full-time staff of foreign relations offices for training (October 10 – 14, 2022);

 

Duration of scholarships:

 

– 5 + 2 days;

 

Scholarships include:

 

-Daily compensation (140 Eur / day);

-Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Documents required for full-time staff application:

 

– CV (in English);

– Passport copy;

– Letter of motivation (in English);

– Employment Certificate (in Albanian language);

– Foreign language certificate;

– Proof of whether or not you have previously completed an Erasmus+ mobility (if yes, where);

– Mobility plan for training;

The Training Mobility Plan is a document that should specify your proposed program to be carried out during the training period. This document is signed by the applicant at the time of application and then by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.
