The University of Tirana opens the call for applications for scholarships for mobility at the University of La Sapienza in Italy, within the Erasmus + program, for UT-sw students for the first semester of the academic year 2020-2021.
Types of mobility include:
- Student exchange for studies;
Mobility levels for students:
– Bachelor;
– Masters;
– Doctorate;

– 1 academic semester
Scholarships include:
– 850 EUR per month for;
– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Students benefiting from Erasmus + mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.
Documents required for application for level students Bachelor:
-CV (in English/Italian);
-Copy of Passport;
-Student certificate (officially translated into English/Italian);
- Grade list (officially translated into English/Italian);
-Motivation letter in English/Italian depending on the study program;
- Foreign language certificate (English B1/Italian B1 depending on the study program);
-*Learning Agreement;
*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the Mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects from Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.
ATTENTION: You must choose to perform at the University of Sapienza the same courses as those you would complete in the first semester at your faculty, this so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected courses differ from those you would develop in your faculty in the second semester, then when you return you must develop/attend the courses that do not fit in the University of Tirana.
The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and finally in the Rectors by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.

– CV (in English/Italian);
– List of publications;
– Passport copy;
– Student certificate (officially translated into English/Italian);
– List of doctoral grades (officially translated into English/Italian);
– Letter of motivation + Description of the research topic (in English/Italian depending on the field of mobility);
– Letter of approval from the academic staff at Sapienza;
– Certificate of foreign language level B1 (Italian/English according to the study program)

ATTENTION: You must select to commit to university of Sapienza the same courses as those you would complete in your faculty, this so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected subjects differ from those you would develop in your faculty, then when you return you must develop the subjects that do not fit in the University of Tirana. If you will not attend courses and receive credits at the host university but will only go for research, then you must specify this in the Learning Agreement document.

Deadline for application: April 21, 2020
Students who do not have a transcript must submit a self-declaration of their grade point average.
