The University of Tirana opens the call for applications for scholarships for mobility at the Polytechnic University of Santarem, in Portugal, within the Erasmus + program, for students of the University of Tirana for studies, for the second semester of the academic year 2023-2024.
Types of mobility include:
-Student exchange for studies;
Mobility levels for students:
– Bachelor;
– Masters;
Duration of scholarships:
- 4 months;
Fields of study:
- Business administration;
- Informatics;

Scholarships include:
- Monthly compensation (850 EUR per month for students);
- Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home universities);

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.
Documents required for application for Bachelor students:
– CV (in English);
– Passport copy;
– Bachelor's degree student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English);
– Grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English);
– Letter of Motivation (in English);
– Foreign language certificate (English language B2);

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the Mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects from Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.
ATTENTION: You must choose to perform at the university host courses the same as those you would do in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected courses differ from those you would develop in your faculty in the second semester, then when you return you must develop the courses that do not fit in the University of Tirana.
The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +. If the student changes courses during mobility, the During mobility section must be signed by the person in charge at the faculty and then by the person in charge at the Rectors.
