The call for scholarships for full-time academic staff of the University of Tirana, within the Erasmus + program, at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, Poland, for the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025, is open.
The University of Tirana opens the call for applications for mobility grants for full-time academic staff for teaching at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, Poland, within the Erasmus+ program, for the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025.
Types of mobility include:
– Exchange of full-time academic staff for teaching;
Fields of exchange:
Erasmus+ – Courses for Exchange Students
Duration of scholarships:
– 5 days + 2 travel days.
Scholarships include:
– 140 EUR per day for staff;
– Travel costs (275 Euros)
Documents required for full-time academic staff application:
– CV+ list of publications (in English);
– Passport copy;
– Letter of motivation (in English);
– Foreign language certificate (level B2);
– Employment certificate in the Albanian language;
– Self-declaration if you have previously carried out mobilities within the Erasmus + program (if so, you must cite the names of the universities where you have carried out the exchange and the period for each mobility);
– Mobility plan for teaching;

*The Mobility Plan for academic staff is a document in which you must specify your proposed program that you will carry out during the exchange period. This document is signed by the applicant and by the responsible person at the Rectors, who is the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.
