The call for scholarships for students of the University of Tirana, within the Erasmus + program, at the University of La Sapienza in Italy, for the first semester of the academic year 2023-2024, is open.

The University of Tirana opens the call for applications for scholarships for mobility at the University of La Sapienza in Italy, within the Erasmus + program, for UT students for studies, for the first semester of the academic year 2023-2024.

Duration of scholarships:

 

– 1 semester;

 

Scholarships include:

 

– Monthly compensation (850 EUR per month for students);

 

– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home universities).

Students benefiting from Erasmus + mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

Documents required for application for Bachelor level students:

- CV (in English / Italian);

-Copy of Passport;

-Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Italian);

- List of grades (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Italian);

-Motivation letter in English / Italian depending on the study program;

- Foreign language certificate (English / Italian depending on the study program);

-*Learning Agreement;

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the Mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects from Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

ATTENTION: You must choose to perform at the University of Sapienza the same courses as those you would complete in the first semester at your faculty, this so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected courses differ from those you would develop in your faculty the first semester, then when you return you must develop the courses that do not fit in the University of Tirana.

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and finally in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

If the student makes changes during mobility, the Learning Agreement document must be signed in the same way as the initial Learning Agreement.

Deadline for application: 29 March 2023.

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and they must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
