The call for scholarships is open for students of the University of Tirana within the Erasmus + program at the University "G. d'Annunzio” Chieti-Pescara, Italy, for the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025.

 

Within the Erasmus+ Program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at the University "G. d'Annunzio” Chieti-Pescara, Italy for the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025.

Scholarships include:

- Monthly allowance of 850 Euro per month for students;

– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

Documents required for application for Bachelor level students:

- CV (in English / Italian);

-Copy of Passport;

-Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Italian);

- List of grades (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Italian);

-Motivation letter in English / Italian;

-Certificate of foreign language;

-*Learning Agreement;

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section "Mobility Plan". Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects from Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

ATTENTION: You must choose to perform at the university host courses the same as those you would do in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected courses differ from those you would develop in your faculty in the second semester, then when you return you must develop the courses that do not fit in the University of Tirana.

 

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and finally in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

The documents must be submitted by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, as well as scanned via e-mail to the address iro@unitir.edu.al.
