The call for scholarships for students of the University of Tirana within the framework of the Erasmus + Program at Manisa Celal Bayar University, Turkey, for the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026 is open.

 

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Program, a call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at Manisa Celal Bayar University, Turkey for the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026 has been opened.

Types of mobility include:

 

- Student exchange for studies;

Mobility levels for students:

 

– Bachelor;

– Masters;

– Doctorate;

 

*Bachelor level applicant students must have a minimum average of 2.2/4, while master level student applicants must have a minimum average of 2.5/4.

 

Duration of scholarships:

– 1 semester;

 

Fields of study:

 

  • Political Science;
  • History and archaeology;
  • foreign language;
  • Business Administration;
  • Economics;

Scholarships include:

- Monthly allowance of 800 Euro per month for students;

– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

Documents required for application for students:

– CV (in English/Turkish, depending on the study program);

– Passport copy;

– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English/Turkish, depending on the study program);

– Transcript of records (Master and PhD students must also submit transcripts of records from previous levels of study), (in Albanian and officially translated into English/Turkish, depending on the study program);

– Motivation Letter in English / Turkish, depending on the study program;

– Foreign language certificate;

-*Learning Agreement;

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section "Mobility Plan". Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects from Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

ATTENTION: You must choose to perform at the University Manisa Celal Bayar courses that are the same as those you would take in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected courses differ from those you would take in your faculty in the second semester, then when you return you must take the courses that do not fit at the University of Tirana.

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and finally in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

Deadline for application: 24 October 2025

The documents must be submitted by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, as well as scanned via e-mail to the address iro@unitir.edu.al.
