The call for scholarships is open for students of the University of Tirana within the Erasmus + Program at Manisa Celal Bayar University, Turkey, for the first semester of the academic year 2023-2024.

 

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana in Manisa Celal Bayar University, Turkey for the first semester of the academic year 2023-2024 has been opened.

Types of mobility include:

 

- Student exchange for studies;

Mobility levels for students:

 

– Bachelor;

– Masters;

– Doctorate;

 

*Bachelor level applicant students must have a minimum average of 2.2/4, while master level student applicants must have a minimum average of 2.5/4.

 

Duration of scholarships:

– 1 semester;

 

Fields of study:

 

  • English Language and Literature (bachelor and master level students can apply);
  • Political Science and International Relations (bachelor and master level students can apply);
  • Business Administration (students of all three study levels can apply);
  • Computer Engineering (bachelor and master level students can apply);
  • Software Engineering (bachelor and master level students can apply);
  • Bioengineering (bachelor and master level students can apply);

Scholarships include:

- Monthly allowance of 800 Euro per month for students;

– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

Documents required for application for Bachelor level students:

-CV (in English);

-Copy of Passport;

-Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English);

- Grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English);

-Motivation letter in English;

-Certificate of foreign language;

-*Learning Agreement;

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section "Mobility Plan". Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects from Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

ATTENTION: You must choose to perform at the University Manisa Celal Bayar courses the same as those you would complete in the first semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected courses differ from those you would develop in your faculty the first semester, then when you return you must develop the courses that do not fit in the University of Tirana.

 

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and finally in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.

– CV (in English);

– Passport copy;

– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English);

– Bachelor's and Master's degree;

– Bachelor's grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English);

– Master's grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English);

– Letter of Motivation in English;

A description of your doctoral topic at UT should be included in the motivation letter;

– Foreign language certificate;

– Prior approval by the leader in UT;
