The call for scholarships for students of the University of Tirana is open at the University Aegean, Greece, within the Erasmus + program for the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025

Within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, the call for applications for scholarships for mobility for students of the University of Tirana to the Aegean University, Greece, for the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025 has been opened.

Mobility levels for students:

– Bachelor;

– Masters;

- PhD.

Types of mobility include:

- Student exchange for studies (for the bachelor's level);

- Exchange of students for traineeship (for master's / PhD level);

Duration of scholarships:

– 1 semester (for bachelor students);

– 5 to 30 days (for master / PhD students);

Scholarships include:

– Monthly compensation (850 EUR per month, while for a period from 5 to 30 days the student receives 70 €/day for individual support for the first 14 days and 50 € per day for the following days, up to 30 days);

– Travel costs (275 Euros)

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

Documents required for application for Bachelor level students:

– CV;

– Passport copy;

– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Greek);

– Grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Greek);

– Foreign language certificate; 

-*Learning Agreement;

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects of Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

ATTENTION: You must select to commit to Aegean University the same courses as those you would take in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected subjects differ from those you would develop in your faculty, then when you return you must develop the subjects that do not fit in the University of Tirana.

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +. If the student changes courses during mobility, the During mobility section must be signed by the person in charge at the faculty and then by the person in charge at the Rectors.

– CV;

– Passport copy;

– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Greek);

– Bachelor's and Master's degree;

– List of Master's grades (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Greek);

– Letter of motivation (in English or Greek depending on the language in which the study program takes place);

– Foreign language certificate (English / Greek);

-*Learning Agreement;

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the mobility. Table A defines the topics you will follow at the host university, table B defines how you will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period. ATTENTION: You must choose to perform at the University of Granada the same topics as you would do in the second semester at your faculty.

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.
