The call for scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at the "Dunarea de Jos" University in Galati, Romania, as part of the Erasmus+ program for the second semester of the academic year 2021-2022, is open.

Within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana for the second semester of the academic year 2021-2022 has been opened at the University "Dunarea de Jos" in Galati, Romania.

Types of mobility include:

- Student exchange for studies;

Mobility levels for students:

– Bachelor (according to the fields underlined);

– Master (according to the fields underlined);

Duration of scholarships:

– Bachelor (1 semester);

– Master (1 semester);

Fields of study:

– History and Archeology (only for Bachelor students);

– French language (for Bachelor and Master students);

– English language (for Bachelor and Master students);;

– Economics (for Bachelor and Master students);

– Political science (only for Bachelor students);

– Sociology and cultural studies (only for Bachelor students);

– Business administration (for Bachelor and Master students);

– Food chemistry (only for Bachelor students);

Scholarships include:

– Monthly allowance (800 EUR per month for students);

– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

Documents required for application for Bachelor level students:

– CV;

– Passport copy;

– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English);

– Grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English);

– Foreign language certificate; 

-*Learning Agreement;

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects of Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

ATTENTION: You must select to commit to university Danube de Jos the same courses as those you would take in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected subjects differ from those you would develop in your faculty, then when you return you must develop the subjects that do not fit in the University of Tirana.

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +. If the student changes courses during mobility, the During mobility section must be signed by the person in charge at the faculty and then by the person in charge at the Rectors.

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
