Within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at the University of Huelva, in Spain, for the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025, has been opened.

Scholarships include:
– Monthly allowance (850 EUR per month for students);
– Travel costs (360 Euros, based on the distance between the host and home universities)

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.
Documents required for application for students:
– CV (in English / Spanish);
– Passport copy;
– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Spanish);
– Grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Spanish). For Master's students, the list of master's and bachelor's grades must be submitted;
– Letter of Motivation (in English / Spanish);
– Foreign language certificate (English B2 / Spanish B2);
-*Learning Agreement;
*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects of Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.
ATTENTION: You must choose to complete at the University of Huelva the same courses that you would complete at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected subjects differ from those you would develop in your faculty, then when you return you must develop the subjects that do not fit in the University of Tirana.
The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +. If the student changes courses during mobility, the During mobility section must be signed by the person in charge at the faculty and then by the person in charge at the Rectors.

*For students who belong to target groups in need or with special needs, an additional grant is offered. These students have priority. Students applying for the additional grant must submit the accompanying documentation, according to the link:
