The call for scholarships is open for students of the University of Tirana at the University of Applied Sciences of Nysa, Poland within the Erasmus + Program, for the second semester of the academic year 2023-2024.

Within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, the call for applications for scholarships for mobility for students of the University of Tirana to the University of Applied Sciences of Nysa, Poland for the second semester of the academic year 2023-2024 has been opened.

Types of mobility include:

- Student exchange for studies;

Mobility levels for students:

– Bachelor;

– Masters;

Duration of mobility:

– 1 semester;

Fields of study:

– English language;

– Business administration;

The student must also complete one course (4 ECTS) of their summer program, based on the link:

Scholarships include:

– Monthly compensation (800 Euro per month for students)

– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

Documents required for application for Bachelor level students:

– CV (europass format, in English);

– Passport copy;

– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English);

– Grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English);

– Letter of Motivation in English;

– Foreign language certificate (English B2);

-*Learning Agreement;

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects of Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

ATTENTION: You must choose to complete at Nysa University of Applied Sciences, Poland, the same courses that you would complete in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return . If the selected subjects differ from those you would develop in your faculty, then when you return you must develop the subjects that do not fit in the University of Tirana.

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +. If the student changes courses during mobility, the During mobility section must be signed by the person in charge at the faculty and then by the person in charge at the Rectors.

Application deadline: 02 November 2023.

The documents must be submitted by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, as well as scanned by e-mail to the address iro@unitir.edu.al.
